Working on my sorbet fresh cherries and Orange spice Numi Tea. I used AGAVE Five instead of sugar. This is inspired by my Numi Organic Tea Competition.
3 cups pitted fresh sweet cherries
2/3 cup agave nectar
1 Numi Organic orange Spice Tea Bag
1.5 cup water
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
Freeze Ice Cream maker bowl over night. Rinse and pit cherries. Blend all but one cup of cherries. Place in a medium sauce pan with agave. Bring to boil. Simmer until cherries turn to syrup. Set in freezer to cool for 2 hours.Meanwhile brew tea and let steep for 1 hour. In Ice cream machine mix all ingredients and turn machine on for 20 minutes. Place in freezer overnight or for minimum of 1 hour. Serve!
